Privacy Policy

We do not give/sell personal information of our customers' data to a 3rd party (including the Singapore Police Force).

Your privacy will be kept strictly confidential in all circumstances unless in the following circumstances:
You make attempt to harm us in anyway OR in the event of a law court order OR our Singapore government's taxation department, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, need to check our records for audit.

Only our webhost server administrators and Entelnova Global Service (Singapore) team have access to our customers softcopy records. For documents received via by fax or regular mail from our customers, only Entelnova Global Service (Singapore) team have access to customers' hardcopy records. All our employees in other countries do not have access to our softcopy database records as they only work at the back end for us to ensure our business continue to operate smoothly to serve overseas customers.

All customers' records are kept as both hard copy & soft copy for at least 5 years from the date of last record as per our Singapore government, IRAS's requirement. For security reasons, we do not divulge the place where we store files or how we discard the old record after 5 years.
